Terrible road surface with potholes

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8042971.

The road has been uneven for some time and there are potholes. It’s dangerous as cars are parked on one side of the road and live vehicles are swerving into other lane to avoid.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 59 days.
