Overgrown vegetation
Reported via desktop in the Overgrown Private Vegetation category anonymously at 16:44, Fri 22 August 2025
Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8062154.
Hello, I raised an initial report and was advised to get in touch with your claims team which I’m assuming is to claim back the work. However, referring back to my initial report we can’t do this because of the following - We have sent an operative out to see if we can do the repair however the vegetation on the other side has prevented us from doing this. If I’m advised this has been resolved, then we can proceed. The report's reference number is 7927651

Hello. Thank you for the update, however this was first reported back in early August. We can't repair the customers fence till the vegetation has been removed. Also, I've not been informed in communications if I'll be informed when works to the vegetation has been resolved. This would avoid unnecessary communications.
