No feedback as yet to this issue. I have PREV reported this and it has been actioned. It is growing on the path/road side and not a neighboring garden. Check yr records for this matter maybe. Thank you

Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.

Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - 12/02 A further letter has been sent to the owner/occupier to cut back the vegetation and a further site visit will be carried out after 14 days.
