Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8141808.
Trees on this land outside 1a cox gardens are overhanging the resident’s land and in the process of cutting back branches she has ended up in hospital with stitches in her head. these trees are on wnc land and need maintenance and cutting back.

Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 28 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.
