Trees on this land outside 1a cox gardens are overhanging the resident’s land and in the process of cutting back branches she has ended up in hospital with stitches in her head. these trees are on wnc land and need maintenance and cutting back.

As Highways are constantly saying that this is private land on which I have WNC Officer proof that it is not then there is little point saying that the owner will be contacted and work followed up which currently appears not to have happened. The land is on part of the WNC maintainable highway
