Pathway missing

Pathway been missing for 2 years. This stopped an ambulance this Sunday bringing a stretcher to my house to take my husband to hospital. We now have to use steps, which we have to bump our rubbish bins up and down. Also my grandsons pram. Alsothe steps are now all becoming loose and there is no light at the steps for night time. The lamp post got took away over 10 years ago. This is becoming very dangerous as this is an area where a lot of old people live and it is the only way we can access the carport, since the path was took away, it has become a dumping ground for trollies, the original path slabs are just sitting there, no one can understand why try wre dug up and the path blocked off, after sopranos chip shop burnt down
