Several potholes

One pot hole was fixed today at the High street end of The Leys - but there are several more , all in the middle of the road, all the way down The Leys. The photo is outside number 8 The Leys, but the next one down is outside number 18, them another - number 22 - and then more to the new estate end. Surely these could have been repaired at the same time as just one economically and for the benefit of the people who live in The Leys as the pavements are difficult to walk on as they’re in such a bad state of repair.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defects meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 59 days.
