Pathway unwalkable due to cracks and weeds

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8293158.

The state of the paths in waggoners way is atrociaus and needs addressing, we have eldery neighbours who have fell on more than one occasion because of the cracks and uneven paths with weeds and grass growing through. this has been in a state of disrepair for over 18 months now

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 12 days.
