The drain is full with silt and has a bush growing out of it

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A Community Steward has assessed the location and we can confirm that the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 59 days.

My property is no 3 Thorpeville, second house up from the potholes within the crossing area. Whole house shakes when lorries hit them, particularly noticeable at night. 26 week repair unacceptable. Even waiting 59 days not good. Presume WNC will accept liability for any structuiral damage caused.
