Residents Car Park Street Light

I have previously reported this lamp that hasn't been working for a long long time, but nothing has been done.

Without this light, there is no other lighting, the car park area is very dark, visibility is almost non existent. I am 71 and disabled, with poor mobility. If I was to have a fall, I could possibly break some bones. I would be unable to get up as have two knee replacements so could be lying on the ground till someone found me. This must be a Health & Safety issue. We also have undesirable people in the car park and community area, which could possibly be another threat. The issue obviously gets worse now the darker nights are here. I worry every time I have to walk through the car park. Other residents have raised the issue with me, we have another poorly resident that has mobility issues, so she is at risk as well. Please could this matter be dealt with, with some urgency. I look forward to your reply on action that will be.taken. Kind regards
