Opposite side of no. 9 and 10, Siddons Way, Northampton, NN3 7UR - drain is blocked solid with leaves and twigs; dirt and soil - for over a year. Customer has rung several times since last year, but nothing has been done. Customer was previously asked to send photos but customer said if you come and look at the drain you will see the blockage. Exasperated that council employee came out yesterday to inspect and despite careful description to Manjet on the phone , and double checking she had highlighted the wrong drain. Although the employee was shown the blocked drain, she said she could do nothing to action the drain to be unblocked until an amended report had been made. I am told now it could be another 28 days. Can you please deal with the matter preferably before we have heavy rain !
