Overhanging trees

I have had no update regarding this issue that I reported well ver a month ago and it is now saying it’s closed. Nothing has been done regarding the overhanging trees, which when wet catch on my car. They are also obstructing the telephone cable. I would appreciate an update and if it has been closed with no further action, the reasons why!
