Live rats in rubbish on street

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8354171.

At the rear of the building opposite the one occupied by Scope and the supermarket there is a bin in the corner of the car park. I saw a live rat on there this morning - 29/10/25.
