Poorly repaired road is damaged again!
Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8370107.
This stretch of road has been constantly flooded from run off on Poets Way. It was poorly patched up a couple of months ago, but the water problem has not been addressed. The constant water running onto the road is causing the poorly repaired potholes, to start breaking down already. Potholes have reformed again. This is likely going to cause a serious (potentially fatal) accident during the winter if black ice likely forms. The road is not fit for purpose and needs urgently repairing and drains need adding to fix the water runoff problem. If this isn’t down to the council, if Poets Way is a private road, then this needs addressing with the landowner urgently. If not, then the council should do their job and repair before winter hits, and something serious happens.
