A Blocked/Damaged problem has been found

Reported via desktop in the Blocked/Damaged category by West Northamptonshire Council at 13:36, Mon 3 November 2025

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8370524.

Complains about a blocked drain outside 202A St James Park Road. He says the blocked drain causes flooding in his driveway. I have enclosed at the bottom of this email a picture of the drain which shows the blockage: plants are starting to grow out of the drain, which indicates the blockage is of long standing.

There’s a persistent flooding problem in the St James area, which is not helped by blocked drains. Please could you let me know when this drain will be cleared.

Please could you also let me know what arrangements are in place for checking and unblocking of drains in the St James area.
