Tree over hang, branches and debris

There are several over grown trees along this strip of land, they are overhanging cars, homes and gardens. Debris is falling onto roofs, gardens and cars. Roof Gutters are constantly blocked, gardens and car roofs full of debris and branches. The trees haven't been maintained or cut in over a decade and needs addressing before significant damage is caused by a branch to property or pedestrian
