Good evening, We live at number 58 Hidcote way daventry NN11 8AE and are requesting that the shrub/ hedge to be maintained next to the side of our property. I have lived here since 2014 and we are having to ask every year. It is getting very high and we have a bay window that has little to no view because of this. Is there someone I can speak to regarding this maintenance as it’s not the only part that’s not been maintained. Maybe I can purchase the area to maintain myself?
