Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8380730.
I did report this issue before but it wasn't resolved, this time I attached 2 photos as a proof that drains are completely blocked, that they are not even visible anymore.
"Two drains completly blocked by leaves, one opposite 2 Longmead Court and second opposite 6 Longmead Court NN3 8QD

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the flooding has been assessed and requires a Priority 4 response. We will schedule drainage investigation work to be completed within 26 weeks. When the investigation has been completed, we will inform you of our findings and course of action. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 is 59 days.
