Inadequate repair

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8390549.

The repaired part of the road near the kerb just past the golf course has deteriorated and is now dangerously deep. It wasn’t repaired properly to start with and it simply cannot sustain the amount of traffic passing over it. It needs to be repaired properly.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 59 days.
