Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8395386.
Prams and wheelchairs need to go on the grass/mud to get past the hedge in Malcolm Drive. The hedge at the side of the property is also overgrown.

Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.
