Landimore Road, East side, outer edge of footway. Large crack has appeared in recent weeks, about 40 metres long. You might want to look at this before we start getting freezing weather and real damage.

This area belongs to WNC and NOT the developer.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 59 days.
