The drain is now blocked, first time in 22 years

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8425747.

Hi there the drain was cleared as part of your routine maintenance program at some point WC 5th Nov. However last Thursday when we had the rain it was very clearly blocked. This has never happened before even in torrential rain. My concern is the drain at the bottom of the Croft could become overwhelmed if we have a down pour leading to potential flooding of the properties at the bottom of the Croft.
