• Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - Thank you for your enquiry. We can confirm that we have been made aware of this issue and a works order has been raised on a routine safety inspection. The expected completion date for these works will be 9/3/26

  I hit this pothole yesterday afternoon (25th February 2026) which has caused the tyre to come off my wheel and resulted in my having to stop by the side of the road and replace this with a space saver tyre. I have been advised that I now need a new wheel due to the wheel being bent from the pot hole. I would like to seek compensation for the cost a new wheel and tyre
