Blocked drain in front of 20 Nene Rise floods her driveway when it rains. needs to be repaired/cleared out.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the flooding has been assessed and requires a Priority 4 response. We will schedule drainage investigation work to be completed within 26 weeks. When the investigation has been completed, we will inform you of our findings and course of action. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 is 59 days.

Flooding is still happening whenever we have heavy rain, goes down the driveway and floods into the garage. Sliw response not really acceptable.
