  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 12 days.

  • There are 6 holes in this road. They were all Marked up a number of months ago and nothing has been done. The holes are big now and can easily cause a puncture

  • Please could you explain why my reported pot hole issue was accepted as a priority 3 repair (scheduled for repair within 28 days) on 24th November and then rejected on 25 November?

  • Investigation: Completed (Scheduled Maintenance), Defect Repair: Rejected - Thank you for your enquiry. We can confirm that we have been made aware of this issue and a works order has been raised on a routine safety inspection. The expected completion date for these works will be 23/12/2025
