Drain blocked

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8440057.
Land owner advised he would like temporary diversion in place near by this drain due to this blocked. Currently the area is very muddy and a lot of being clogged in the drain and caller does not want any public member to be at risk of an accident.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the flooding has been assessed and requires a Priority 4 response. We will schedule drainage investigation work to be completed within 26 weeks. When the investigation has been completed, we will inform you of our findings and course of action. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 is 59 days.
