Drain on grassy area of green triangle. Not on road. There is surface water causing egress into Blakesly reading room

The building on the green triangle is becoming wet with surface water and the walls inside are very very wet. There is a drain from toilet and one from kitchen linked to mains. Not blocked. The surface water is the problem running down the road and onto the grassy area. No kerb or barrier.

A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 59 days.
