Misleading Signs / Road Markings

On the A45 Eastbound, at the exit for the Riverside Retail Park, the signs and road markings are contradictory. The signs state LEFT LANE ONLY can exist on the slip, but the markings on the slip suggest that lane two can also exist on the slip. I have seen many near misses where vehicles are in the correct land 1 to exit, and then as they try to move over to go right at the roundabout, they are almost hit by a vehicle existing from lane 2. This needs clarifying sone way or the other.
