Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8458018.
One side of the footpath on orchard street has been blocked to pedestrains for a few years because all the shops facing harlestone road put their out on the footpath. this invites fly tipping as well and there are other items Such a cans of cooking oil being dumped by the bins. this is supposed to be a footpath, not a bin area.
