Poor repair

Hi, the drain was repaired last week but the mix was so wet the concrete has flowed back up the original metal gully and and run and clocked the drain outlet so water now does not flow to the road drain but spills out all over the path. With freezing conditions this will cause a hazard. It really is a poor repair, the pictures do not do it justice!
