  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 59 days.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has re-assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 2 clear. We will schedule the clearance to be completed within 7 days.

  • In your posting from 2 January, you state tat thus is a priority 2 issue and will be rectified within 7 days. So why now do you state a completion date in June? Do pedestrians have to walk into a dangerous road until then?

  • Why has this defect been reduced from priority 2 to 4? Is is acceptable for pedestrians to have to step into a road with traffic at 50 mph?
