Verge adjacent to the crossing point at the edge of the layby on Holly Lodge Drive, What3words address: ///narrow.voting.nobody, has encroached over nearly half of the tactile paving, has become compacted underfoot and currently measures approximately 30mm deep, meeting the investigatory level set out in WNC's Highway inspection manual.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 12 days.
