Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8493157.
Ref: 8335997 was closed without an answer. Can I tarmac the road myself? I need an answer, not just we have asked the council. If you close it without an answer how am i going to get the answer if it the council do ever respond? The question is simple, if the council refuse to repair the pot hole, then they need to give me authorization to do it. And if that is a no where do I send the bill for the damaged alloys? Please do not close this again without a valid answer
