Mud and debris

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8493843.

The black path ( old railway line) is thick with mud and debris. My wheelchair nearly slipped off the path today down the bank again. It’s extremely dangerous. It urgently needs clearing off, I’ve never known it be this bad it’s usually cleared off at least once if not twice before the winter. When it freezes it turns into an ice rink

A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location, and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, this defect does not meet the investigatory levels for a repair.
