Blocked drain by cattle bridge

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8495429.

There are a couple of blocked drains by the cattle drain, on the corner of dark lane. They are blocked and water is pooling around them, one can be really heard to find. Please see the photos. Please can these be cleaned and unblocked asap as they prevent water coming into our homes around the corner.

    Blocked drains at Dark Lane NN11 7HJ

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 12 days.
