Both Anglia Water and Semilong Drainage Co have attended and sent cameras down pictures of the drain that what was put in by WNC to take away the surface water. It is damaged and the water does not drain away from Kent Cottage and floods her home regularly. This lady is very elderly and disabled and she cannot take care of this herself at all. This is a very serious problem and ongoing and has been identified clearly by Anglia Water and Semilong. Urgent action needed. This is not a normal street drain. This is a drain that joins the main drain that is smashed. Photos are on their way.
