24" pothole just before copse near Blenley Farm

This pothole has been getting larger for many months now and is approx 2 feet in length by around 20" wide and some 5" to 6" deep. It will get much worse with the current wet weather and hard overnight frosts.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 12 days.

The hole has been filled but the repair has been badly done with gaps in a couple of corners. This means it will quickly fail again in cold weather.
