Damage to the bordering wall of a residents car park (rear of 7 Brownlow Court, Northampton, NN3 8HE) has been reported to Police. The incident has been caught on residents CCTV. Youth/s involved are captured although their identity is currently unknown. Reporting person states the wall belongs to the council.
