The footpath that runs between Millway and Tollgate way has trees that overgrow the footpath which narrows the path so that people from opposite directions cannot pass each other as there are brambles on the other side of the path. Also the evergreen tree shown in the photos is an ideal place for muggers and rapists to hide when it is dark and I know of two women who would not walk along this path at night because of their fear of being accosted here. I know of another woman who hit her head on a low branch along this path when riding a VOI scooter at night, also the rotting leaves is a skid hazard for my electric scooter and VOI scooters going down the slope on this path. To sum up: cut back the trees and brambles so that people can see that it is safe to walk down this path and sweep up the rotting leaves to make it for wheeled vehicles and pensioners to be safe.
