2 massive potholes 14 inchs approximately close together

There are 2 massive potholes coming out of upper Boddington, very dangerous if a motorcyclist hits them in the dark no doubt they will be coming off specially at night as there is no road lighting and the road is pitch black. Second time in less then a week im having to get a new tyre

  • Investigation: Ongoing - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location, unfortunately we have been unable to locate this issues at the location provided. Please can we request that you provide further information. Ideally with a What3words location and if safety to do so a Photograph of the issue. If we do not receive an update within 21 days this enquiry will be closed.

  • These two massive potholes are not at all hard to find, they are huge and you have to swerve round them !! Someone is not looking properly if they say tbey cant see them. They are on a too fast section to stop and take photos. Leaving Boddington heading to Byfield they are both on the northern side of the road, after the first field entrance to the right but before you get to the first car park for the reservoir. Stupidly dangerously big

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 12 days.
