Significant pothole developing

A different nearby pot hole was fixed earlier in the year and this one was growing as traffic passed over it as I watched

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 59 days.

  • Still open, via questionnaire, 12:45, Thursday 1 January 2026

  • These two holes have got so big that you can't avoid hitting one or both. They are just before the turning to Helidon traveling from Charwelton to Daventry on 361. There. Is also one on the left hand side of the road as you enter Charwelton.
