Entirety of roundabouts road surface suffering deterioration.

The entire roundabouts surface is suffering deterioration. Deterioration has recently accelerated and is fast becoming a bigger problem with large potholes rapidly appearing due to condition and the large amount of traffic and HGV that use this road (directly next to 2 large industrial estates and large factories / warehouses i.e Cummins, Fords & Amazon).
This roundabout was not recently fully resurfaced like numerous other roundabouts in the town. It has an old road surface that is incredibly dangerous in the wet, made with part stone - not fully tarmac.
It now suffers from previous patch work repairs that are now coming undone. The join between the 2 lanes of the roundabout is completely separating, creating a large gouge. Deep potholes, see previous reports of burst tyres. Numerous motorists have to negotiate / merge across lanes to avoid damage to their car.
This whole roundabouts surface requires a good examination. Alot of other recent reports back this a evidence.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - Thank you for your enquiry. We can confirm that we have been made aware of this issue and a works order has been raised on a routine safety inspection. The expected completion date for these works will be 2/6/26
