• Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the flooding has been assessed and requires a Priority 4 response. We will schedule drainage investigation work to be completed within 26 weeks. When the investigation has been completed, we will inform you of our findings and course of action. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 is 59 days.

• Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. We can confirm that we have been made aware of this issue. A works order has been raised which you can follow on FMS-8503429-1 and add updates. The expected completion date for these works will be 11/06/2026.
