There is an inspection chamber for this drain on the nearby footpath. This has also filled with kmud and debris in the past and should also be investigated when the repair team are on site.

This was originally scheduled for work within 7 days of 9th December. We are well past that now and, as the photos show, the drain (and nearly collection chamber) are absolutely full of mud. The last time this system was in this state it resulted in serious flooding to our property.

The blocked drains still haven’t been cleaned or pumped out as programmed . The dry weather has helped as the water collected has eventually drained away . However as soon as we have rain again the blockage will again force a flood
