Branch from the tree situated in the garden of 'Boughton Lodge' is overhanging the foot/cycleway of Boughton Green Road, leaving less than 190cm height clearance.

  • Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has reassessed the location and we can confirm no action or contact has been made following a letter with a 14 day notice period to take action. This will now be sent to the WNC Regulations Team for further enforcement.
