Large pothole

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8506995.

Edge of carriageway has collapsed leaving a large pothole 40cm wide and 80 cm long, very deep.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 59 days.

  • This pothole has grown massively in size since it was first reported back on 5.12.25 and now needs repairing as a matter of urgency as it is deep and dangerous and before it causes damage or an accident to a vehicle - it CANNOT WAIT any longer to be repaired - WHAT IS THE ACTUAL DATE YOU ARE PROPOSING TO REPAIR IT BY NOW??
