Drain is currently blocked

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8507161.

Currently the storm drain is Infront of 21-23 flat Waterpump Court this is 30 inches deep where this is blocked if this can be reviewed to see what assistance can be given. This is full of derbies within the current drain but can be worse when it comes to weather conditions.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the flooding has been assessed and requires a Priority 4 response. We will schedule drainage investigation work to be completed within 26 weeks. When the investigation has been completed, we will inform you of our findings and course of action. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 is 59 days.
