Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8507486.

I have consistently advised you that the land in question is owned byWNC which I have established from a map supplied by WNC showing the extent of the maintainable highway at this point. The land in question is WITHIN THE EXTENT OF THE MAINTAINABLE HIGHWAY and NOT privately owned so can you please go back to Kier and inform them accordingly. If they want a copy of the map I have please get them to e mail me as detailed below

  • Investigation: Completed (Duplicate) - Thank you for your enquiry. We can confirm that we have been made aware of this issue. A works order has been raised which you can follow on 8141808 and add updates. The land is not WNC and we have been in contact with them to sort the issue
