Road surface is worn out

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8507722.

Very large long dangerous pothole on busy main road junction. Been there for months - getting worse rapidly.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 59 days.

  • These pot holes are getting worse... the main one is getting longer and deeper, with additional smaller ones making the area larger. Bad enough for cars and other 4 wheel vehicles, but treacherous for motorbikes, especially when not so obvious when filled with water.
