Grass Verge Destroyed

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8508328.
This grass verge has been completely destroyed by an HGV driving over it.
Please can this grass verge be rebuilt, levelled and reseeded and then wooden bollards installed along the edge to prevent this from happening again.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 59 days.
