Hedge overhanging highway

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8509267.

The hedge on the left by the speed bump you head towards Marston and Thenford is again hanging over the highway forcing vehicles to the other side. The bare branches are very hard and sharp and scrape vehicles.
